During the first year the contract is fully inclusive: all parts, call out and labour charges are covered for any equipment-related problems. Anything beyond our control (e.g. vandalism, wilful or accidental damage) would be chargeable.

Automatically Twelve months after installation we will contact you , offering you a maintenance contract for the following year. We will then return and service the system, again providing you have entered into a maintenance agreement with us. Contracts are optional, and cover a maximum period of twelve months. However it may be a requirement of your insurance company to continue to have your system maintained, particularly if you have negotiated a discount off your premiums. We would recommend you check your position with your insurance company before deciding.

Our callout engineers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Their response, knowledge and ability are second to none, and priority is given to customers on a service and maintenance contract.

Alarm Upgrades

Is your alarm panel over 10 years old with a large ugly key operated panel? Why not upgrade to the new eurösec control panel. Installed as a blank end station with LCD configuration. Complete with eight fully programmable zones, 3 part-set options, fully programmable output and the ability to accommodate up to four Remote Keypads, the eurösec control panels ensure an extensive and versatile specification in a cost effective package.

In addition, the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) shows written English text rather than just illuminating LED's, and it's much clearer to read 'Cannot set Kitchen detector' than an illuminated fault light. The panel also contains an event history for you to interrogate that shows dates, times, names in English of events such as setting, un-setting, activations etc

New Alarm Bell Box

The SJT bell box has an elegant slim shape that would complement the exterior of any house. It incorporates the very latest technology - 118DB @ 1metre sound output, twin alternative flashing red warning LED's for visual deterrent plus large visual strobe light and an anti-tamper device back and front for added protection

Pet Immune Detectors

Technology advances in intruder alarm detection have lead to the introduction of Pet Immune Detectors. No more shutting the cat or dog away in an unprotected room or even not setting the alarm. The new pet immune detectors can easily replace existing detectors and be immune to pets up to 70lb but still activate the alarm system in the event of an intruder.
